Summary: This international study aimed to understand the impact of supervisors engaging in collaborative inquiry to improve their practice. The Finnish supervisors found conducting inquiry in a collaborative setting with other supervisors not only deepened their learning but it strengthened their PSTs' practices, particularly those related to theory to practice connections. This study shows that conducting inquiry and working in a collaborative community of learners are powerful mechanisms for supporting supervisor learning that translates into improved PST learning.
