The Association of Teacher Educators (ATE) will hold it's annual summer conference August 3-7, 2018 in Albuquerque, NM. I am excited to be the closing keynote brunch speaker from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm MT in the Franciscan Ballroom at the Hotel Albuquerque and Hotel Chaco on Tuesday, August 7th. My talk entitled, "Beyond Superficiality: Fundamental Changes for Actualizing Clinically Based Educator Preparation" will address the necessary changes within educator preparation programs and among teacher educators to actualize national calls for transforming teacher education through clinical practice and school-university collaboration.
